ADH Consults is experienced in providing clients with the guidance needed to flourish both inside and outside the classroom and boardroom. Founder Alexia D. Harris uses her instructional and professional experience to offer unique perspectives on what clients are experiencing and develop strategies needed to turn challenges into triumph.

In 2012, Alexia conceptualized ADH Consults, which originated as a learning enrichment and education management program. She soon expanded her services to include academic coaching and professional development advising. Her clients comprise of middle and high school scholars and college students who need help building skills to reach academic success, and early and mid-career professionals who need help being recognized and respected or assistance successfully maneuvering both the job search process and the corporate environment once hired.

Our mission is helping academic coaching clients successfully manage time and responsibility while navigating various educational environments and assisting professional development clients in understanding how their career goals align with life’s purpose.
